The Barangay Government Of Zitanga, Ballesteros, Through The Provincial Government Of Cagayan Approved By The Sangguniang, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Seven & 88/100 Pesos (p 192,397.88) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Project Reference No. 07-2022 “procurement Of Various Materials For The Improvement/rehabilitation Of Multi-purpose Building”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected On Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Government Of Zitanga, Ballesteros Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Materials. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Past 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
