The Lgu – Barangay Tablac, Candon City, Ilocos Sur, Through The Gop Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Ninety-one Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-eight Pesos And 63/100 (php 591,698.63) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Drainage Canal (80 Lm X 1m Height X 0.7m Wide X 0.150m Thk Drainage Canal) - Brgy. Tablac, Candon City, Ilocos Sur With Project Identification Number 2023-02-tablac-infra. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu – Tablac, Candon City, Ilocos Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Thirty-four (34) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
