Cruz Through The 2022 Annual Budget Of The Municipal Government Of Ballesteros, Approved By The Sanggunian, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seventy Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (p70,425.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Project Reference No. 09-2022 –improvement/ Rehabilitation Of Multi-purpose Gymnasium. Bids Received More Than The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Government Of Sta. Cruz Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Various Materials To Improve/rehabilitate The Multi-purpose Gymnasium. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Thirty (30) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Past 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
