Source Of Fund: Bgy Edf 2023 Prospective Bidders Should Possess A Valid Pcab License Applicable To The Contract, Have Completed At Least 5 Years Form Date Of Submission, Projects Of Similar Contract With The Value Of At Least 50% Of The Abc, Have Key Personnel And Equipment Available For The Prosecution Of The Contract. The Bac Will Use Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria As Specified In The Revised Implementing Rules (irr) Of Republic Act 9184. Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening.
