Maria, Pangasinan Through The 20% Local Development Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (php 60,000.00) Being The Approved Budget Of The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Improvement Of Drainage Canal @ Brgy. Pob. West, Sta. Maria, Pangasinan, Pin: I-2024-01. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Poblacion West, Sta. Maria, Pangasinan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
