Description Invitation To Bid Construction Materials (repair And Maintenance Of Barangay Hall) Project No: 2021-001 The Brgy. Council Poblacion, San Remigio, Through The 20% Development Fund 2018, 2019, 2020 And 2021 2nd & 3rd Qtr. Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Thirty-five Thousand Pesos Only. (php135, 000.00) Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement/delivery Of Various Construction Materials Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically At The Bid Opening. The Brgy. Council Poblacion Now Invites Sealed Bids From Eligible Bidders For Procurement/delivery Of Various Construction Materials Of The Goods Is Required. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In Section Ii Of The Bidding Documents Itb. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations Part A (irr-a) Of The Republic Act 9184 (r.a 9184) Otherwise Known As The Government Reform Act, And As Restricted To Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, As Specified In The Republic Act 5183 (r.a 5183). Only Bids From Bidders Who Pass The Eligibility Check Will Be Opened. The Process For The Eligibility Check Is Described In Section Ii Of The Bidding Documents, Itb. The Bidder With The Lowest Calculated Bid (lcb) Shall Advance To The Post Qualification Stage In Order To Finally Determine His Responsiveness To The Technical And Financial Requirements Of The Project.
