The Barangay Government Of Pinahan – Bids And Awards Committee, Thru Its Capital Outlay Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (p180,000.00) Being The Approved Budget Of The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The 3rd And Final Posting For The Procurement Of Motor Vehicle With Fabricated Side Car To Be Used In Barangay Pinahan, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Government Of Pinahan – Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For 3rd And Final Posting For The Procurement Of Motor Vehicle With Fabricated Side Car To Be Used In Barangay Pinahan, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro. Delivery Of Materials/goods Is Within Five (05) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Which Is Equivalent To At Least 50% Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
