The Barangay Government Of Navotas West, Through The 2019 Annual Budget Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (php 140,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Procurement Of Handheld Radio (10) W/ Base And Antenna. 2. The Sangguniang Barangay Of Navotas West Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Theprocurement Of Handheld Radio (10) W/ Base And Antenna. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Bids And Awards Committee Secretariat And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours From 8:00am To 5:00pm. 5.
