Description 1. The Barangay Namboongan, Santo Tomas La Union, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Under General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Twenty-one Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-nine Pesos & 60/100(php 321,939.60)being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The The Contract For The Construction/installation Of Street Lighting System (solar) All Sectors. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Namboongan , Santo Tomas, La Union Now Invites Bids For The Fencing And Construction Of Day Care Center Gate-phase Ii At Namboongan, Santo Tomas, La Union. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 30 Days Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten(10) Days The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Roes And Regulations (irr) Of The Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184),otherwise Known As The " Government Procurement Reform Act". Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 4.
