All Particulars Relative To Eligibility Statement And Screening, Bid Security, Performance, Bidding Evaluation Of Bids, Post Qualification And Award Contract Shall Be Governed By Pertinent Provisions Of R.a. 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr). The Bac Will Issue Bid Documents To The Prospective Bidders At Bac Office Mauraro, Guinobatan, Albay Upon Submission Of Loi And Certification Of Philgeps And Payment Of A Non-refundable Amount Of Php 200.00 To The Barangay Treasurer.
