The Barangay Government Of Mabuttal East, Through The Municipal Government Of Ballesteros Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seventy Thousand Five Pesos And Six Hundred Ninety Eight Pesos And Thirty Eight Centavos (p 70,698.38) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Project Reference No. 05-2024 – Procurement Of Various Materials For The Improvement/rehabilitation Of Construction Of Barangay Welcome Marker At Barangay Zitanga-mabuttal Boundary. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Government Of Mabuttal East Now Invites Bids For The Fabrication, Supply And Delivery Of The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
