Lgu Barangay Looc Mandaue City Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred And Thirty Five Thousand Pesos (ph 235,000.00), The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), To Payment Under The Contract Of Hotel And Lodging And Meeting Facilities With Meals For 70 Pax. Bids Received Over The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Barangay Lgu Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Procurement Project With The Following Details And Minimum Specifications, To Wit: Particulars/descriptions Accomodation And Services Package [ 3 Days And 2 Nights]  Room Accodation For 70 Persons  Conference Hall  Provision Of Meals And Snacks With Refreshments Drinks  Hotel Staff Assistance For Training Activities  Provision Of Sound System And Presentation Equipments Application Schedule: Event Schedule Basis Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (within 7 Days) Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within Two Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 4. Non-compliance With Index Tabbing Shall Not Be A Ground For Outright Disqualification Or Declaration Of Ineligibility.
