If A Bid Price, As Evaluate And Calculated In Accordance With The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184 [government Procurement Reform Act], Higher Than The Abc, The Bidder Submitting The Same Shall Be Automatically Disqualified.
