The Barangay Libsong West, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Nine Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Pesos And Eighty Centavos Only (p909,590.80) Being The Abc To Pay For The Delivery Of Solar Street Lighting System At Barangay Libsong West, Lingayen, Pangasinan, To Be Charged Through The Barangay Development Fund . Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Libsong West Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Forty-five(45) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
