Fund 2021 (20% Edf) Invites Interested Bidders To Participate In The Negotiation For The Project, “installation Of Solar Street Lights” In Accordance With Section 53.1 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a.)
