Fund 2021 (20% Edf) Invites Interested Bidders To Participate In The Negotiation For The Project, “procurement Of Materials Use For The Installation Of Early Warning Device” In Accordance With Section 53.1 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a.)
