Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Bataan Municipality Of Mariveles Barangay Ipag Invitation To Apply For Eligibility And To Bid The Barangay Of Ipag, Through The Barangay Doe Gnpd Fund Approved By The Sangguniang Barangay Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Ninetynine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Three Pesos And 28/100 (p199, 973.28) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Concreting And Deeping Of Canal At Purok Ii And Purok Iii Of Barangay Ipag, Mariveles, Bataan. The Barangay Ipag Now Invites Bids For The Above-captioned Package. Mobilization Of The Project Is Required Within 10 Days After The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed The Project Within 10 Days After Its First Day Of Mobilization. Bidders Should Have Completed The Same Contract Within 1 Month/s From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Act”.
