In View Of The Two (2) Public Biddings, The Barangay Council Of Barangay Imelda Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) And Budget Approved By Sanggunian (20% Edf) Invites Interested Bidders To Participate In The Negotiation For The Project, “procurement Of Materials For The Construction Of Multipurpose Hall” In Accordance With Section 53.1 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a.)
