Bid Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Himbangan Of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Various Materials For Brgy. Improvement Project (repair /maintenance / Installation Of Water Main Distribution Lines), Brgy Himbangan, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Ten (10) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Instruction To Bidders. 3.
