Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Guiwan 1, Municipality Of Palompon, Leyte Now Invites Bids For The Improvement Of Multi-purpose Building Located Barangay Guwian 1, Palompon, Leyte Defined In The Scope Of Works. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 60 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. To Be Eligible And Qualified, The Contractor (as Solo Or A Joint Venture/ Consortia) Should Be Able To Comply With The Experience Requirements Under The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra 9184, Where One Of The Parties (in Joint Venture/ Consortia) Should Have At Least One Similar Project Of Nature And Complexity In The Construction With At Least Completed Or Installed 200 Units Of Solar Street Lights For Both National, Provincial & Municipal Roads With A Single Largest Completed Contract Should Be At Least 50% Of The Value Of Estimated Cost Of Works Being Bid In The Last Five (5) Years For Solar Street Lightings , Such Being Verifiable From The Completion Certificate. 9.
