The Blgu-guibwangan Through The Supplemental Appropriation Ordinance 2021-01 Intends To Apply The Sum Of 399,900.00 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Construction Materials For The Installation Of 9 Units Solar Lights At Brgy. Guibwangan, Gamay, Northern Samar. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Blgu-guibwangan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 30 Calendar Days Upon Receive Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within July - August 2022 From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
