Contract Id 23divnorte003 Name Of Project Labor & Materials For The Construction Of Evacuation Center (phase I) Of Barangay Divisoria Norte Location Diduyon, Maddela, Quirino Scope Of Work Excavation, Concrete Works, Carpentry Works Approved Budget Cost (abc) P 269,363.00 Source Of Fund 5% Cro Contract Duration 22 Calendar Days The Bac Will Conduct The Procurement Process In Accordance With The Revised Irr Of R.a. 9184, Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of Bid. To Bid For The Contract, A Supplier/dealer Must Purchase Bid Documents And Must Meet The Following Major Criteria (a) Registration Certificate From The Department Of Trade & Industry (dti) For Sole Proprietorship, (b) Filipino-citizen Of 75% Filipino-owned Partnership, Corporation, Cooperative, Or Joint Venture, (c) Pcab License Applicable To The Type And Cost Of This Contract, (d) Mayor’s Permit Issued By The Municipality Where The Place Of Business, (e) Philgeps Registration Certificate, (f) Tax Clearance Certificate, (g) Completion Of Similar Contract Costing At Least 25% Of Abc, Within A Period Of Ten (10) Years, (h) Net Financial Contracting Capacity At Least Equal To Abc, Or Credit Line Commitment For At Least 10% Of The Abc, (i) Audited Financial Statement, Stamped “received” By The Bureau Of Internal Revenue (bir) Or Its Duly Accredited And Authorized Institutions, For The Preceding Calendar Year, Which Should Not Be Earlier Than Two (2) Years From Bid Submission.
