Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Barangay Of Divisoria Norte, Through The 20% Barangay Development Fund Of Cy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eighty-seven Thousand Five Hundred Fourteen Pesos (p 87,514.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Barangay Of Divisoria Norte Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project.
