Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Barangay Of Diduyon, Through The 20% Barangay Development Fund (cro) Of Cy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Seventy-six Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-three And 84/100 Pesos (p 376,623.84) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Barangay Of Diduyon Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project.
