Description The Barangay Council Of Dangcalan Through The Gender And Development Plan (gad) Budget 5%, Fy 2023, Brgy Ira, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Eleven Thaousand Eight Hundred Five Pesos And 32/100 (php 111,805.32) As The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Establishment Of Vawc Office. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Conduct Of Bid Opening Shall Be Held At The Dangcalan Barangay Hall, Dangcalan, Malinao, Aklan At The Time Mentioned Above. The Dangcalan Barangay Council Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Project To Be Completed Within 45 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary "pass/fail" Criterion As Specified In The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 Otherwise Known As The "government Procurement Reform Act". Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Dangcalan Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Secretariat, Dangcalan, Malinao, Aklan And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given During Office Hours (8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm From Monday To Friday Except Holidays). A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders On August 4 To 23, 2023, From The Address Given And Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee For The Bidding Documents. The Dangncalan Barangay Council Through Its Bac Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Bid, Declare Failure Of Bidding, To Annul The Bidding Process, And To Reject All Bids At Any Time Prior To Contract Award, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder Or Bidders.
