Description The Barangay Council Of Dangcalan Through The 20% Development Fund, Brgy Ira, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Two Pesos And 12/100 (php208,982.12) As The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Concreting Of Barangay Road In Dangcalan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Conduct Of Bid Opening Shall Be Held At The Dangcalan Barangay Hall, Dangcalan, Malinao, Aklan At The Time Mentioned Above. The Dangcalan Barangay Council Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Project To Be Completed Within 45 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary "pass/fail" Criterion As Specified In The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 Otherwise Known As The "government Procurement Reform Act".
