Fe, Leyte Through The 20% Development Fund Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Amount Of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 300,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Proposed Expansion Of Solar Street Light, Barangay Cutay, Sta. Fe, Leyte (itb-2025-001). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Summary Of The Bidding Activities Is As Follows: Advertisement/posting Of Invitation To Bid January 4, 2025 Issuance And Availability Of Bid Documents January 5, 2025 Deadline For Submission And Opening Of Bids January 13, 2025; 10:00 Am 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
