Description Invitation To Bid For Concreting Of Local Road No. 2025-001 1. The Barangay Cruz Roja, Through The Annual Budget 2025general Fund) Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (php 950,000.00 ) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Concreting Of Local Road. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Cruz Roja, Now Invites Bids For Concreting Of Local Road. Completion Of The Works Is Required From January 10 To February 10,2025. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Weeks From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
