The Barangay Government Of Centro West, Ballesteros, Through The Annual Budget Of The Barangay Approved By The Sangguniang, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seventy Six Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Two & 40/100 Pesos (p 76,892.40) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Project Reference No. 03-2022 “procurement Of Various Materials For The Improvement/rehabilitation Of Existing Streetlights”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected On Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Government Of Centro West, Ballesteros Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Materials. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Past 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
