The Barangay Government Of Carnaza, Daanbantayan, Cebu Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Materials For The Renovation Of Multi-purpose Hall. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be At Least Ten (10) Days Upon Receipt Of Notice Of Award. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through The Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using The Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” 4.
