The Barangay Local Government Unit Of Calao, Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Materials, Delivery And Installation Of Barangay Calao Ecological Solid Waste Management Facility And Machinery, With The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Amounting Of One Million Pesos (php 1,000,000.00) For The Items Below: 1. Wet And Dry Shredding Machine; 2. Pulverizing Machine; 3. Non-inverter/conventional Washing Machine; 4. Waste Treatment Facility (septic Vault Type); Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening; B. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders; C. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. D.
