The Barangay Government Of Cabuluan West, , Through The 2023 Financial Assistance Of The Municipal Government Of Ballesteros, Intends To Apply Three Hundred Fifty One Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos & 85/100 Being The Approved Budget For Itb 02-2023 ( The Completion In The Construction Of Cabuluan West Multi Purpose Building (barangay Gymnasium) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bidding 2. The Barangay Government Of Cabuluan West Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Materials For Use In The Construction Of The Said Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Ntp. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents Particularly, In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulation (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
