The Barangay Council Of Bisocol, City Of Alaminos, Pangasinan Through Its Development Fund Intends To Apply An Amount Of Five Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (php 567,980.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For Payment Under The Contract For The Proposed Installation Of Solar Street Lights At Barangay Bisocol, City Of Alaminos, Pangasinan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Council Of Bisocol, City Of Alaminos, Pangasinan Now Invites Bids For The Proposed Installation Of Solar Street Lights Atbarangay Bisocol, City Of Alaminos, Pangasinan. Completion Of The Works Requires Twenty Five (25) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
