All Electrical Works/ Installation Shall Be Done In Accordance With The Provision Of The Latest Edition Of The Philippines Electrical Code, Existing Applicable Ordinance, Rules And Regulations Of The Local Government Requirements Of The Local Power Company, And In Accordance With The Approved Manufacturers Recommendations. 2. The Color Temperature Of White Led Used In The System Shall Be In The Range Of 5500k-6500k. Use Of Leds Which Emits Ultra Violet Light Shall Not Be Permitted. 3. The Lamp Shall Be Housed In An Assembly Suitable For Outdoor Use And Shall Be Rated As Ip 65. The Led Housing Shall Be Made Of Pressure Die Cast Aluminum Having Sufficient Area For Dissipation And Heat Resistant. 4. Charge Controller Shall Have Automatic Dusk – Dawn Circuit Base On Solar Photovoltaic Module As Sensor For Switching On/ Off The Solar Street Light Without Manual Intervention. 5. All Materials To Be Used Shall Be New And Of Approved Type For Both Purpose And Location Intended. 6. Standard Type Of Accessories Splicing Device, Termination And Other Appurtenances For The Entire Electrical Installation Shall Be Used. 7. The Electrical Installation To Be Undertaken Herein Must Be Under The Direct And Immediate Supervision Of A Duly Registered Electrical Engineer And/or Registered Master Electrician. Total 1,393,559.40 Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 84 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
