The Barangay Council Of Amandiego, City Of Alaminos, Pangasinan Through Its Development Fund Intends To Apply An Amount Of One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Six Pesos Only (php 199,976.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For Payment Under The Contract For The Proposed Installation Of Solar Street Ligths At Barangay Amandiego, City Of Alaminos, Pangasinan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Council Of Amandiego, City Of Alaminos, Pangasinan Now Invites Bids For The Proposed Installation Of Solar Street Ligths At Barangay Amandiego, City Of Alaminos, Pangasinan. Completion Of The Works Requires Sixteen (16) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. The Amount Of Performance Security Shall Be Not Less Than The Required Percentage Of Total Contract Price: • Ten Percent (10%) For Cash Or Cashier’s/manager’s Check Issued By A Universal Or Commercial Bank; • Ten Percent (10%) For Bank Draft/guarantee Or Irrevocable Letter Of Credit Issued By A Universal Or Commercial Bank; • Thirty Percent (30%) For Surety Bond Callable Upon Demand Issued By A Surety Or Insurance Company Duly Certified By The Insurance Commission As Authorized To Issue Such Security. 10.
