The Barangay Agutay, Magdiwang, Romblon Through Its 5% Gad 2021 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 527,037.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contracts (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Roofing The Terrace Of Multi Purpose Buildinglocated In Barangay Agutay, Magdiwang, Romblon. With Project Id No. 03-2021. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Agutay, Magdiwang, Romblon Now Invites Bids For The Roofing The Terrace Of Multi Purpose Building. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 21 Calendar Days From The Date Of The Official Start Of The Project. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non- Discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184(ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
