The City Of Bacolod, Through The 2024 Annual Budget Approved By The Sanggunian, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Pesos [p 6,000,000.00] Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Fabrication & Purchase Of Furniture For Bacolod City College Buildings At Brgy. Taculing Bacolod City With Pr # Bac-pb-24-05-0113. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bids And Awards Commitee Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 120 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
