The City Of Bacolod, Through The 2024 Annual Budget Approved By The Sanggunian, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Seven Hundred Seventy Four Thousand And Sixty Pesos [p 1,774,060.00] Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Purchase 25,000 Liters Diesel & 2,308 Liters Gasoline For Replenishment Of Fuel Used In Various Vehicles & Equipment Of Drrmo 24/7 Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Response Services Including The Flood And Pruning Team With P.r. No. Bac-pb-24-02-0027. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bids And Awards Commitee Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By As Needs Arises For 90 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
