The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the "Assessed Available Bid Capacity" calculation, which involves the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The calculation also considers the number of years prescribed for completion of the Project/Works and the bidder's existing commitments and on-going works. For certain works, the bidder is required to have completed similar works with specific values and percentages, such as: - 80% value of one similar work is Rs. 5,04,48,036.00 - 50% value of two similar works is Rs. 3,15,30,023.00 - 40% value of three similar works is Rs. 2,52,24,018.00 Additionally, the bidder must provide details of his available bid capacity with an undertaking that his available bid capacity is more than the total value of his financial bid, but only for works above Rs. 1.00 Crore. The bidder's available bid capacity is calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A * N * 2 - B), where A is the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed, N is the number of years prescribed for completion, and B is the value of existing commitments and on-going works.
