Tenders are invited for Purchase Of Medical Equipment The Bid Documents for purchase of items mentioned in Para 02 could be obtained from the Supplies Division during working days of the week from 12.08.2021 up to 01.09.2021 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. after payment of the non-refundable Bid Document fee of Rs. 3500.00 in cash to the Shroff of the Department of Ayurveda and submitting the original copy of the receipt thus received to the Accountant (Supplies). Bids should be submitted only on bid documents issued by the Department when submitting Bids and instructions for Bidders will be issued along with the Bid Documents. A pre-bid meeting relevant to this Bid Invitation is scheduled to be held at 10.30 a.m. on 25.08.2021 in the Office of the Commissioner of Ayurveda. The time of the pre-bid meeting relevant to the items / categories of this Bid will be given along with the bid documents.
