Title: Contrato De Servicios De Ti Para El Soporte Y Mantenimiento De La Plataforma De Gestión Del Servicio De Agentes De Movilidad Y Policía Municipal Del Ayuntamiento De Madrid description: El Objeto Del Contrato Es La Prestación De Los Servicios De Tecnologías De La Información Necesarios Para El Soporte Y Mantenimiento De La Plataforma De Gestión Del Servicio De Agentes De Movilidad Y Policía Municipal Del Ayuntamiento De Madrid, Que Actualmente Incluye Los Sistemas De Gestión Del Servicio De Agentes De Movilidad (gesam), Y La Formulación Y Tratamiento De Denuncias (ampol). Los Servicios A Contratar Consisten En Las Siguientes Prestaciones: Prestación 1 (p1): Servicios De Soporte A La Operación Y A Usuarios De La Plataforma. Prestación 2 (p2): Servicios De Mantenimiento Correctivo Y Adaptativo De La Plataforma. Prestación 3 (p3): Servicios De Mantenimiento Evolutivo De La Plataforma.
