The required prior work experience for the bidder includes details of work presently in hand with amount awarded by APDCL and other successor companies of APDCL. The bidder needs to provide a list of similar work performed in each of the last five years, along with a statement of the value of such work. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and volume for each of the last 5 years. The bidder should provide details of works under way or contractually committed, including full address of client for communication. The bidder should also provide a statement of value of similar work performed by the bidder in each of the last five years. The bidder should have successful construction and commissioning experience of minimum 80 meters of new 33 KV UG cable line and a minimum of 500 meters of new 33 KV overhead lines with covered conductor (MVCC), during the last 5 years under electrical network of a Discom along with the same nature of work as per NIT. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as a requirement. However, the bidder needs to have completed a minimum amount of work (80 meters of 33 KV UG cable line and 500 meters of 33 KV overhead lines) to be eligible. The bidder's available capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of Electrical works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the year. The calculation also takes into account the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of works for which bids are invited. The value of similar works completed should be updated to the current price level, with an updation factor of 1.00 for the current year, 1.10 for the previous year, 1.21 for the year before that, 1.331 for the year before that, and 1.464 for the year before that. The bidder's bid capacity will be assessed based on the maximum value of Electrical works executed in any one year during the last five years, and the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of works for which bids are invited. The assessed available bid capacity will be calculated as (A*N*2-B), where A is the maximum value of Electrical works executed in any one year during the last five years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of works for which bids are invited. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover for the last three consecutive financial years as per NIT, with the annual turnover certified by a registered Chartered Accountant, and supported by the copy of audited balance sheet and income tax return. In case of joint venture firms, the lead partner must meet at least 40% and each of the other partners must meet at least 25% of the minimum average annual turnovers criteria required for each package as per NIT.
