The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The specific requirements are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, with the mentioned percentages and values of similar works completed. Additionally, the bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,70,86,031. A "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to one Storey, including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project.
