The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have satisfactorily completed as a prime agency one of the following: a) A similar nature of completed work of minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during 07 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice; b) Two similar nature of completed work, each of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 07 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice; c) One single running work of similar nature that has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (a) above during 07 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. The bidder should have access to or have available liquid assets and/or credit facilities not less than 10% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 69,65,998.70 (10% of Rs. 6,96,59,987.00).
