Announcement of competition: 20-013 architecture A new system for the purchase of consultancy services will be established through a dynamic purchasing system. New suppliers can continuously qualify to participate in the scheme. Only qualified suppliers will have access to published competitions. In this stage of the process, Interested suppliers can apply for qualification and be included in the dynamic procurement scheme.
