The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar work in the last 7 years. The specific requirements are: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost each, - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost each, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. In cases where the cost of completion of work is lesser than the amount mentioned, the value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost during the last 3 years. The bidder must possess experience of having successfully completed similar work, with the following conditions: i) The contractor must have completed: a) Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. b) Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. c) One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
