The Works Include The Design And Construction Of Sports Facilities With An Underground Public Vehicle Park At Keung Yip Street, Tung Tau Industrial Area, Yuen Long Comprising The Demolition Of Existing Provisions At The Site, Construction Of A 7-a-side Hard-surfaced Soccer Pitch Cum Handball Court, A Multi-purpose Hard-surfaced Court, Two Outdoor Basketball Courts, A Covered Area For Retractable Spectator Stand, An Elderly Fitness Equipment Area And Landscaped Areas With Sitting-out Facilities, An Underground Public Vehicle Park With Provision Of Automated Parking System, Together With Associated Building Services Installations, Drainage And External Works. The Net Operational Floor Area Is Approximately 110 Square Metres. The Site Area Is Approximately 14,400 Square Metres. The Contract Is Scheduled To Commence In March 2025 And For Completion In August 2027.
