Title: Procurement Of The Labour Market Measure Individual Job Support - Ips - Drammen description: Nav Vest-viken Shall Procure Individual Job Support (ips) Follow-up Measures For Persons Who Need More Comprehensive Follow-up Assistance Than The Norwegian Labour And Welfare Administration Can Offer. Individual Job Support (ips) Shall Provide Assistance With The Aim Of Participants Obtaining And/or Retaining Paid Work Or Coming Into Education. The Aim Is That Participants Shall As Far As Possible Be Self-supported With A Stable Connection To Working Life. The Aim Of The Initiative Is To Assist Persons With Mental Health And Substance Abuse Challenges In/back To Work On Wages In The Ordinary Labour Market. Individual Placement And Support/individual Job Support (ips) Is To Be Given Integrated With Health Care Treatment. The Service Shall Be Provided By An Ips Team Consisting Of Job Specialists As Well As A Method Supervisor. The Service Is Organised As A Cooperation With The District Psychiatric Centres (dps) In Drammen.
