Contract notice: approval procedure - contracts for the interprofessional care of insured persons in fully inpatient care facilities (ipv care) Aok nordost is planning the bindingly coordinated and structured cooperation of inpatient care facilities with general practitioners who already provide services for the insured persons of the care facility as part of a cooperation agreement in accordance with § 119b sgb v. the aim of the contract is to enable the participating insured persons in need of care to receive binding, close-knit and high-quality, needs-based, medical and nursing care. for this purpose, contracts according to § 140a sgb vi i. v. m. § 92b sgb xi with providers of inpatient care facilities, which go beyond the services according to § 119b sgb v. it is an approval process within the meaning of recital (4) of the eu guideline (2014/24/ec) of 26.02. 2014 on public procurement. any suitable interested party can become a contractual partner. with the specification of uniform suitability requirements and taking into account the principle of economic viability (§§ 4 para. 4, 12, 70 sgb v), all suitable full-time nursing care facilities are allowed to conclude a contract according to § 140a sgb vi. v. m. § 92b sgb xi offered as long as the goals of the contract can still be achieved at the time the contract is concluded.The aok nordost publishes the approval procedure for special care for insured persons in need of care in inpatient care facilities for the period from april 1st, 2022 to march 31st, 2026, which according to § 71 para. 2 sgb xi are approved. the care of the participants in need of care, mostly insured with multimorbidity, should represent a binding, close-meshed and high-quality, needs-based, medical and nursing care within the framework of this contract emergency plans for participating insured persons with foreseeable, emerging acute situations. to implement more effective care processes, the nursing service providers (contractually bound full-time inpatient nursing facilities) work in a coordinated and binding manner with the cooperating general practitioner according to this contract. this is done i.A. through regular case conferences and doctor-patient contacts accompanied by the nursing facilities, coordinated and binding availability and the designation of a permanent contact person in the inpatient nursing facility for the cooperating family doctor. the nursing service providers must develop a concept for the interfaces between medical and nursing care , in which the distribution of tasks, responsibilities and the coordination processes are shown. the nursing service providers must ensure that the nursing staff completes the training offered by the payer as part of this contract. the training includes the drug-associated diseases and risks based on symptoms to identify insured persons in need of care and to reduce and/or avoid them as far as possible and to create the basis for targeted communication with all those
