Contract notice: Open house drug discount contracts lenalidomide, atc l04ax04 See description of procurementIt is not an open procedure, but a so-called open-house model! the form for the open procedure is only used because there is no form for the open-house model. contracts that are concluded in the open-house model are not subject to public procurement law due to the lack of a selection decision. the use of this form does not mean that you are subject to public procurement regulations. the aok bayern intends to enter into non-exclusive discount agreements with all interested pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredient lenalidomide, atc l04ax04, in accordance with section 130a para. 8 sgb v to close. aok bayern offers all interested pharmaceutical companies that meet the eligibility requirements listed below the opportunity to conclude identical and non-individually negotiable discount agreements. The earliest possible contract start date is March 1st, 2022, all contracts end on February 29th, 2024. A contract can be concluded at any time during this period, but no later than 01/05/2024. the contracts can be terminated with one months notice to the end of the month. When a nationwide or state-specific discount contract for drugs with the active substance that is the subject of the order comes into force, the open-house agreements automatically expire for the corresponding term. a contract will be concluded with all interested pharmaceutical companies that prove their suitability by completing and signing a self-declaration of reliability.
